We are hiring for the Assistant Manager – Human Resources Development opportunity at InTalent Asia.

Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in the Human Resource Development field.
- Qualification in HRD or equivalent.
- Knowledge of global HR practices.
- Ability to manage time and projects effectively.
- Genuine appreciation of technology and business.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to Talent Attraction through disruptive recruitment mechanisms.
- Build networks and partnerships with academic and non-academic institutions.
- Engage in Talent Management practices like L & D and performance management.
- Support Employer branding initiatives for talent attraction and retention.
