Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for including recruitment and onboarding processes, training and development programs, and policy development and implementation. You will also work closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and support the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Being a trainer is an added advantage
  • Experience in training and development programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in policy development and implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certifications are a plus
