This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role in Colombo at BiNet Analytics. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will oversee HR functions, recruitment, administrative tasks, implement training programs, and optimize workforce effectiveness. This on-site position requires coordination with various teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management and administration
- Knowledge in coaching, mentoring, and data analytics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
