Role Description
The role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. The Assistant Manager HR will also be involved in policy development, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, training, and HR policies, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent is required, with HR certification as a plus.
