Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career at our Boralesgamuwa Head office
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring of HR policies, systems, and procedures to fit global HR Standards
- Oversee administrative aspects of factory & premises
- Manage payroll process, ensure escalations related to pay are resolved timely
- Engage in employee disciplinary procedure/grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Health and Safety protocol adherence
- Provide leadership for innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Priority for candidates residing in Boralesgamuwa area
