Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – HRD. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Director in various human resource functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. A degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred.
