Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to support performance management systems and training programs. This Hybrid position is based in Sri Lanka and requires at least 10 years of HR field experience.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Training skills
- Employee Relations and HR Compliance knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management processes.
- Train employees on performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor effectiveness and provide support for performance issues.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and development plans.
Policy Development:
- Create and update HR policies to reflect current laws.
- Collaborate with leadership to align policies with objectives.
