Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager HR to join our team in either Colombo or Rajagiriya. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the human resources functions of the organization.
Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development initiatives. The Assistant Manager HR will work closely with senior management to implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
