Job Description

Review, analyze, and document company processes.

Provide input to the management on methods to improve efficiency of all processes.

Educate and support employees to adhere to the required compliance standards.

Implement, monitor, and sustain changes to processes and practices in line with ISO 9001:2015 and other international standards.

Conduct internal audits periodically.

Liaise with external agencies to organize audits and obtain compliance certification.

Ensure health and safety standards are met within the factory.

Review current health and safety practices, suggest and support the implementation of improvements.

Educate employees and conduct awareness programs on maintaining health and safety requirements.

Support, implement, and sustain 5s, kaizen practices.

Maintain manuals and documents in a systematic and accurate manner.

Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure compliance standards and occupational health and safety standards are met.

Adhere to all internal and external compliance standards the Company complies with (ISO and others).

Perform additional duties as and when required by the management.
