Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Group Internal Audit for a reputed company in Sri Lanka.
Role Profile:
- Assist Head of Group Internal Audit
- Implement Internal Audit strategy and prepare Risk Based Audit Plans
- Drive group initiatives on Risk Management and Compliance Reporting
- Align Internal Audit Practices with International Standards
- Supervise audit staff and guide in data analysis and automation
Personal Profile:
- Graduate in Management, Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of Internal Audit experience
- Certification in CIA, CA, CIMA, ACCA is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing and SAP ERP is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Willingness to travel for audit purposes
