Job Description
Designation: Assistant Manager – Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring finance staff for retail showroom operations
- Preparing monthly commissions, incentives, and bonuses
- Handling legal cases for showroom channels
- Entering salary deductions and maintaining accounts
- Providing details for internal and external audits
- Circulating monthly showroom reports
- Performing account reconciliations and passing entries
Key Requirements:
- Partly qualified in ICASL (corporate level) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in audit or commercial sector
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and support a team in a flexible environment
