Job Description

Designation: Assistant Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring finance staff for retail showroom operations
  • Preparing monthly commissions, incentives, and bonuses
  • Handling legal cases for showroom channels
  • Entering salary deductions and maintaining accounts
  • Providing details for internal and external audits
  • Circulating monthly showroom reports
  • Performing account reconciliations and passing entries

Key Requirements:

  • Partly qualified in ICASL (corporate level) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in audit or commercial sector
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and support a team in a flexible environment
