Job Description: We are hiring for an Assistant Manager Finance with HeadmastersHR, a leader in renewable energy solutions based in Pannala, Sri Lanka. Responsibilities include managing commercial finance and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in coordination with Head Office
- Manage monthly cycle counting for inventory
- Issue credit/debit notes to customers
Critical Competencies:
- Proficient in Excel and Oracle
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Knowledge of VAT, E-Invoicing, and import regulations
Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA, preference for Sri Lankan Chartered Accountants
- 2-3 years experience in similar role
