Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and statutory requirements.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company liquidity.
• Cost Management: Analyze cost structure for efficiency improvements.
• Audit: Coordinate internal and external audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience preferred in BPO or Interactive Entertainment Services.
• Audit experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations in Sri Lanka.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
