Job Description
EFL is currently seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager in Finance and Analytics to join our team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. As part of our Head Headquarters, you will play a crucial role in evaluating business initiatives, developing financial models, overseeing finance functions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business initiatives, develop financial models, review feasibility studies, and oversee finance functions.
- Prepare budgets, projections, reports, and aid decision-making processes.
- Identify process improvements, develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA.
- 3-4 years of relevant finance experience with strong analytical skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
