Job Description:
The Assistant Manager will manage financial processes, uphold international standards, and provide financial insights for decision-making. Ideal candidates have 7+ years experience in finance, preferably with an auditing background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations tailored to offshoring requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, focusing on ASYCUDA and international regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for cost efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, accounts, and foreign transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors for compliance audits.
- Provide strategic financial analysis for decision-making.
- Supervise junior finance staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA/ACCA preferred.
- 7+ years finance/accounting experience, audit background a plus.
- Knowledge of ASYCUDA compliance and offshore financial management.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
