Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Assistant Manager in Engineering to join our team at the Mall. In this role, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager in overseeing the maintenance and operation of all engineering systems within the mall premises.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential for this position.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency in engineering operations. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building codes is preferred.
