Job Description
1. Managing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experience and optimal website performance.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer service) to coordinate promotions, and inventory management.
3. Monitor and optimize website content, product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
4. Develop and implement strategies for increasing online traffic, improving customer retention, and maximizing sales opportunities.
5. Analyze web analytics, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, improve performance, and suggest data-driven improvements.
6. Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
7. Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), email marketing, and social media advertising.
8. Manage and track e-commerce budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling costs.
9. Support in developing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment processors, logistics providers, and technology partners.
10. Ensure compliance with e-commerce legal requirements, including data protection and consumer rights.
11. Handle customer feedback, escalations, and returns to ensure a positive online shopping experience.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the e-commerce space.
