POSITION: Assistant Manager – Customer Service
LOCATION: Biyagama, Sri Lanka
SALARY: 130K – 180K LKR basic + performance bonus and other benefits
OVERVIEW: Our client, a leading multinational Labelling and Packaging company, is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Customer Service department in Biyagama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention through effective team management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead and mentor a team to exceed customer expectations and departmental goals.
- Oversee Key Accounts and efficiently resolve operational challenges.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Enhance relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Supervise customer orders and ensure optimal satisfaction.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years’ experience in customer service, business development, or key accounts.
- Knowledge of customer relations, business functions, and marketing strategies.
- Ability to promote teamwork, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Merchandisers with direct customer management experience are encouraged to apply.
