Position Summary: The candidate will drive a smooth customer-centric journey in Integrated Order and Account Receivables Management. Serving as the primary contact for customers, resolving issues, and guiding day-to-day operations for operational excellence. Responsibilities include demand capture, order management, fulfillment process optimization, billing accuracy, and returns management.
What will make you successful?
- Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain roles
- Language skills: Fluency in English
- Other skills: Strong business acumen, service-oriented, and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
