Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to surpass customer expectations and department goals.
- Resolve operational challenges for Key Accounts efficiently.
- Evaluate team performance to align with objectives.
- Enhance stakeholder relationships for business growth.
- Supervise order processing for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Address customer grievances and build trust in the brand.

- Maintain a precise Customer Database for streamlined service.

Pre-Requisites:
