Overview: Join our client, a Leading Multinational Manufacturer, as an Assistant Manager in Customer Service. Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional team management in Biyagama, Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team to surpass customer expectations and department goals.
  2. Resolve operational challenges for Key Accounts efficiently.
  3. Evaluate team performance to align with objectives.
  4. Enhance stakeholder relationships for business growth.
  5. Supervise order processing for optimal customer satisfaction.
  6. Address customer grievances and build trust in the brand.
  7. Inspire the team to exceed objectives.
  8. Maintain a precise Customer Database for streamlined service.
  9. Ensure timely production alignment and order processing.
  10. Visit customers for feedback and relationship building.
  11. Identify new business development opportunities.
  12. Implement industry-leading practices for superior service.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum four years’ experience in customer services within manufacturing.
  • Merchandisers with direct customer management experience welcome to apply.
  • Deep knowledge of customer relations and marketing strategies.
  • Ability in team management, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
