Job Description
Scope:
The Assistant Manager – Corporate Communication is responsible for developing and managing the corporate brand strategy and image of Brandix Group to drive the “One Brandix” and ‘Inspired People’ vision and culture. They engage staff through internal initiatives using various communication channels and ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deploy Internal Communications objectives and projects effectively
- Translate overall communication strategy into internal communication activities
- Implement communication initiatives for Staff and Associates
- Lead and manage team to achieve functional objectives
Qualifications:
- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in marketing/mass media or business administration
- Over 8+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications/Branding with fluency in Sinhala & English
- Strong understanding of communication platforms and strategies to reach targeted audiences
