Responsibilities:
- Collate and submit accurate payroll inputs monthly
- Verify and audit payroll inputs to eliminate errors
- Facilitate employee benefit schemes for staff satisfaction
- Update systems and employee correspondences in personal files
- Prepare Management reports for decision making
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for payroll execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management or relevant field
- Full Qualification in PQHRM or Diploma in HR Management advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Payroll processing
- Competent in Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good analytical & presentation skills
