Job Role:
- Manage capacity planning, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring for Bancassurance.
- Develop performance dashboards to enhance channel profitability.
- Ensure process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/Master’s in General Management.
- 4-5 years of experience in business planning or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
- Highly ambitious, dynamic, and result-oriented.
