Job Description
Reports to – Group General Manager – Marketing & Innovations
Job role:
- Category Strategy Development: analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities.
- Pricing and Profitability: set pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness.
- Product Selection and Lifecycle Management: decide product offerings, manage launches, and oversee product lifecycles.
- Inventory Management: ensure optimal stock levels for cost efficiency.
- Market and Consumer Analysis: assess market conditions, consumer preferences, and industry trends.
- Marketing & Promotions: promote brands effectively to grow brand equity strategically.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management
- Part/Full qualification in CIM/SLIM is an advantage
- 2-3 years of category management experience
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, category management, product profitability analysis, and brand building
