A Leading US-based Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Company is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Assistant Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reporting requirements and business cases.
- Implement advanced strategies for data gathering and analysis.
- Apply best practices to enhance processes.
- Train and develop new employees.
- Ensure high service quality and availability.
- Collaborate with the manager to meet client requirements effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management/Statistics/Computer Science or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- CIMA/ACCA qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication.
