Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product innovation by adding value and reducing costs, managing new product development from concept to launch.
  • Conduct thorough market research on product launches, market trends, and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and report sales metrics with a focus on expanding the dealer network, particularly in Building Products (Electrical and Hardware sectors).
  • Analyze import/export data, competitor actions, and supplier performance to inform business strategies.
  • Establish and manage relationships with new foreign suppliers, securing favorable terms and ensuring a stable supply chain.
  • Lead initiatives to identify foreign buyers, driving our Client’s expansion into international markets.
  • Collaborate with cluster heads to ensure timely execution of business development plans and provide regular updates to management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Supplier Management.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate costs, pricing, and financial impacts.
  • Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English.
