Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic sales team to achieve designated sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee employee performance for consistent goal attainment.
- Maintain sales progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop sales forecasts based on budget and market analysis.
- Conduct field visits with sales agents for market insights.
- Address customer complaints promptly and provide solutions.
- Lead regional staff recruitment and management.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field. CIM qualification advantageous.
- 5+ years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Proven ability in leading and mentoring sales teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
