Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic sales team to achieve designated sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee employee performance for consistent goal attainment.
  • Maintain sales progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Develop sales forecasts based on budget and market analysis.
  • Conduct field visits with sales agents for market insights.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and provide solutions.
  • Lead regional staff recruitment and management.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field. CIM qualification advantageous.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Proven ability in leading and mentoring sales teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
