Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the public sector, including government agencies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the public sector.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual agreement and satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities and progress against targets regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in IT hardware for the public sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of public sector landscape and relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
