Job Description
- Self-learning and collaborating with the Supervisor to understand current Business and conducting thorough research to identify new market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential clients.
- Analyzing competitors’ activities, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify gaps and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Identifying and generating leads through various channels, including online research, personal networks, and seminar referrals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Collaborating with the team to create compelling business proposals and presentations that highlight the company’s value proposition.
- Delivering on given targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
