Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Prior experience in the overseas recruitment industry is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills with a proactive and engaging personality.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
