Job Description

Our Client, Uconnect, is looking for an Assistant Manager for Business Applications with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in ERP system implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including modules and integration points.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
  • Additional skills in data warehousing and data analytics are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ERP integrations, deployments, and customizations.
  • Manage and optimize all ERP processes following set standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of ERP configurations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize demos and training sessions.
  • Provide comprehensive support for ERP issues.
  • Introduce digital methods for Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Supervise applications and offer guidance to the support team.
  • Develop cost-saving strategies using ERP features and applications.
