Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the core banking system. Assist with data mapping and migration.
- Review existing business processes, suggest improvements, and create process flow diagrams.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, project team, and vendors.
- Ensure system design meets business needs by working with vendors and internal teams. Support system validation during user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and implement test cases to evaluate system functionality. Lead UAT, oversee issues, and ensure resolution before deployment.
- Keep stakeholders updated on project progress, potential risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with vendors to develop training programs, user guides, and materials for both in-person and remote learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent, with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis, with 5 years in banking or financial services.
- Skilled in core banking software, business process management, and project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
