Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for brand management and communications? ECU Sri Lanka, the premier international university in Sri Lanka, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Brands and Communications to join our Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance ECU Sri Lanka’s reputation and visibility.
- Communications: Oversee internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and digital content.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the university’s programs and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders to foster positive brand recognition.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in brand management, communications, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and in a second language.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Masters or a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
