Responsibilities:

• Manage all IT-related functions related to software applications.
• Oversee software applications management and maintenance.
• Coordinate with development teams for integration and functionality.
• Supervise daily helpdesk operations to resolve application-related issues.
• Implement and manage application-based process improvements.
• Ensure system upgrades and compliance with security protocols.
• Maintain IT governance for all managed applications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT practices in the manufacturing sector.
