Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead IT application projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Application Development & Maintenance: Oversee development, implementation, and upkeep of IT applications.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for software services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between IT dept. and business units for project updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for application enhancement and propose new solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years in IT application development and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience managing IT projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with vendor management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
