Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all air import duties are performed following customer-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining high service standards
- Conduct pricing activities for air imports and exports, ensuring competitive rates
- Manage effective communication with agents for smooth coordination
- Proactively resolve operational issues for minimal disruption
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of air exports and imports experience
- GCE A/L completion required, with a Degree or Diploma in Logistics preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management
- Proficient in using Gensoft system or similar logistics software
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
