Job Description: We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Air Freight for a leading freight forwarding company, HeadmastersHR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all customer KPIs while managing air import duties.
- Handle pricing activities for both air imports and exports.
- Manage communication with agents for both exports and imports.
- Proactively address and resolve operational issues in air imports and exports.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in air exports and imports.
- GCE A/L, Degree, or Diploma in Logistics.
- Proficient in the Gensoft system.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
