Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager – Administration

Description: We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Administration for a manufacturing company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years in an administrative role, ideally within a factory setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain effective administrative processes and systems.
  • Oversee office supplies, procurement processes, and budget compliance.
  • Manage the company’s vehicle fleet.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping in the factory and other company locations.
  • Organize and execute events and meetings at the factory.
  • Oversee agreements related to the rental of company facilities.
