Position: Assistant Manager – Administration

Description: We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Administration for a manufacturing company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years in an administrative role, ideally within a factory setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support administrative operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Develop, implement, and sustain effective administrative processes and systems.
- Oversee office supplies, procurement processes, and budget compliance.
- Manage the company’s vehicle fleet.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the factory and other company locations.
- Organize and execute events and meetings at the factory.
- Oversee agreements related to the rental of company facilities.
