Responsibilities:
- Improve financial status through analysis and trend identification.
- Support business process re-engineering and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategic financial objectives and budget plans.
- Establish financial standards and assess unit performance.
- Evaluate capital investment needs and recommend optimizations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Degree/MBA in Business Management.
- ICASL/ACCA/CIMA qualifications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- IT proficiency and ERP exposure.
- Positive attitude and leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
