Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage logistics operations for timely material and product delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors for an optimized supply chain.
- Develop logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance.
- Analyze data, generate reports, manage and mentor the logistics team.
- Resolve supply chain issues and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of logistics experience in tire manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking skills.
