A leading cosmetics brand is seeking a talented Assistant Key Account Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine field visits to outlets, compare performance against benchmarks, and recommend necessary corrective measures.
- Implement customer business plans effectively.
- Ensure seamless payment processes for all customers.
- Continuously monitor business KPIs and provide timely updates to management.
- Establish the presence of color cosmetics within selected modern trade (MT) chains.
- Execute brand/product launches with customers promptly.
- Track competitor activities in modern trade and promptly report back to the head office for necessary action.
Qualifications:
- Hold a professional or partial qualification in Sales (CIM / SLIM).
- Possess 4-6 years of experience in sales or key account management.
- Profiles considered in the beauty/cosmetics or personal care products category.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a valid driving license.
