Job Description:
The Assistant HRBP will collaborate with the manufacturing team to align HR strategies with business goals, enhance staff engagement, and facilitate workforce management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic liaison with site leadership to meet HR requirements.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company directives.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team for talent recruitment and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
