Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant HR Manager at Lakmiro Jobs in Negombo. Responsibilities include various HR functions in the hotel industry, ensuring smooth operations and effective HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar post
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
