Responsibilities:
- Align HR initiatives with business strategy and provide strategic solutions.
- Enhance employee engagement, foster positive workplace culture, and support diversity and inclusion.
- Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and facilitate performance management.
- Develop talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensure effective communication and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, drive process improvements, lead HR projects.
- Integrate diversity and inclusion principles into business practices with leaders.
Expected Profile:
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
- 5 years of similar experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizing, analytical, presentation, probing, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office, ERP Systems, E-mails, and computerized environments.
