Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Granbell Hotel Colombo. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will oversee and coordinate housekeeping staff, manage laundry operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and assist in hiring and training housekeeping personnel.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory Skills, Hiring, and Communication skills
• Experience in Laundry operations and Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Housekeeping or Hospitality is a bonus
