LOCATION :
Colombo
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the HR operations function for the Group, overseeing HR teams in individual plants, reporting to the CPO.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• BSc in Human Resource Management / MBA Specialized in HR or equivalent from a recognized university
• Over 10 years’ experience in HR Management, preferably in apparel industry
