Job Description
Hayleys Fentons is seeking an ambitious and strategic AGM to lead the business development unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and lead complex projects
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Identify new opportunities and build relationships
- Lead proposal development and sales pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams for initiative implementation
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights
- Provide leadership and direction to the team
