Job Description
- Obtain orders from foreign customers and achieve expected company margins as per the Annual Budgets and Objectives.
- Coordinating day-to-day activities with regards to factory operations
- Handling all factory activities with regards to Operations, Planning, and Trading.
- Monitoring and updating factory production sheet, Packing & production Gannt Chart
- Keeping a close tab on the factory position report / outstanding sales report to optimize factory production.
- Having a clear understanding of the world market trends (Research)
- Answering all customer inquiries (emails & calls) regarding pricing and product information in a timely manner.
- Guiding & supporting the team to ensure they are on track with orders, Buyer updates, buyer emails, and inquiries
