Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Client Company, focusing on student enrollment for study abroad programs in Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an agent network and guiding students through the enrollment process, with a fundamental understanding of Australian student visa requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (education, international relations, business, etc.).
2. Previous experience in international education, student recruitment, or related fields preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, agents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
4. Knowledge of Australian higher education system and student visa processes preferred.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing student information and communication.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally for agent meetings, student recruitment events, or training sessions.
