Job Description
THE ROLE
As the Assistant Customer Service Manager at BIMA Sri Lanka, you will support the Customer Service Manager in managing daily operations of the inbound call center and telemedicine services. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality customer service, overseeing telemedicine operations, and facilitating team collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of customer service and telemedicine departments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Motivate team members to achieve excellence and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and monitor KPIs for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers for smooth telemedicine services.
THE CANDIDATE
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service management.
